Air Freight

Air freight is the right choice when speed, product value, or a production window matters more than the lowest cost per kilo. Zenvora Cargo arranges airport-to-airport and door-to-door movements on both belly-hold commercial flights and dedicated freighters, matching the aircraft, routing, and handling code to the cargo rather than forcing every shipment onto the same product.

We collect from your warehouse or supplier, prepare IATA-compliant documentation, and book space with carriers that can actually protect the transit time you sold to your customer. Temperature-sensitive, high-value, and oversized pieces receive the correct special-handling flags, screening, and insurance options before the freight reaches the ramp.

Throughout the journey you receive milestone updates — booked, accepted, departed, arrived, and delivered — plus a named coordinator if a connection is missed or a customs hold appears. On arrival we can arrange break-bulk, transfer to road, or delivery to a bonded facility so the air move is not the end of the job, only the fastest part of a complete logistics plan.

Sea Freight

Sea freight remains the backbone of international trade for volume, machinery, commodities, and any cargo that does not need to fly. Zenvora Cargo offers FCL (full container load), LCL (less-than-container load), and break-bulk or project options, with equipment selection — dry, reefer, open-top, or flat-rack — based on the actual dimensions and commodity, not a default 20-foot box.

We negotiate sailings on major east–west and north–south trades, confirm cut-offs in writing, and prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial documents so the consignment can clear on arrival. Port congestion, rolled bookings, and demurrage are managed as operational risks: we advise dwell time, free time, and inland options before the vessel berths, not after charges have already accrued.

On the destination side we arrange terminal handling, customs release, and trucking or rail to your warehouse or customer. Whether you ship one container a quarter or a standing program of weekly sailings, you work with a single ocean desk that understands your SKUs, Incoterms, and preferred carriers — and can switch routing when a schedule fails.

Land TransportLand Transport — image asset

Land Transport

Land transport is where most international shipments actually begin and end. Zenvora Cargo organizes collection from factories and distribution centers, transfer between ports or airports and inland depots, and final delivery across cities and borders. We use vetted trucking partners with GPS-visible fleets, suitable equipment for pallets, containers, and tautliners, and drivers who understand export documentation at the gate.

Cross-border road moves are planned around opening hours, bond requirements, and axle or weight limits — not simply the shortest map line. Where a shipment needs both a maritime or air main-leg and a long inland haul, we treat the trucking as part of the same file so the driver is not waiting on papers that another vendor forgot to release.

For domestic distribution we can stage cargo in our warehousing network and release it on your order schedule: full truckload, groupage, or timed retail deliveries. Proof of delivery, photo capture, and exception notes come back to your coordinator so customer service is not chasing a subcontractor for a signature.

Customs ClearanceCustoms Clearance — image asset

Customs Clearance

Customs is where otherwise healthy shipments stall. Zenvora Cargo provides import and export clearance with classified tariff codes, valuation support, and complete document packs — commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, licenses, and any commodity-specific permits — reviewed before the goods leave the warehouse, not at the terminal gate.

We work to your Incoterms so it is always clear who is the importer of record, who pays duty, and who can instruct the broker. Preferential origin, bonded movements, and temporary admission are used where they genuinely reduce cost or cycle time. We do not invent paperwork; we make the legal paperwork accurate, consistent, and ready for inspection.

When an authority queries a declaration, your coordinator owns the response with the broker: missing data, valuation questions, or physical exam. The goal is a predictable release, not a surprise storage bill. Sensitive commercial details stay controlled — we never display readable confidential documents in marketing or unsecured portals.

Warehousing & DistributionWarehousing — image asset

Warehousing & Distribution

Warehousing at Zenvora Cargo is built for cargo in motion, not long-term archiving. Inbound containers and air freight are received against your ASN or packing list, checked for count and visible damage, and put away in organized racking or floor locations. Inventory is recorded so you can see what is on hand before you promise a customer a dispatch date.

Outbound, we pick, pack, and hand over to the agreed carrier or our own road network: full pallets to a DC, mixed cartons to multiple consignees, or kitted orders for a launch. Cross-dock is available when freight should spend hours in the building, not days. Handling equipment, clean floors, and documented access keep the operation professional and auditable.

Distribution programs can be standing (weekly replenishment) or campaign-based (seasonal or project peaks). You get a single operations contact who already knows the rest of the lane — so warehouse release, customs status, and delivery appointment are not three different companies arguing about whose delay it is.
